The Republican National Committee has a message for NBC and CNN: If they dont pull their planned Hillary Clinton miniseries and movie, no RNC partnered 2016 debates for them.
RNC Chairman Reince Priebus wrote a letter to the heads of both networks to express his deep disappointment in their decision to either air a miniseries in NBCs case or a movie in CNNs, writing that the networks are promoting former Secretary Hillary Clinton ahead of her likely candidacy for the Democratic nomination for president in 2016.
As an American company, you have every right to air programming of your choice, the letter reads. But as American citizens, certainly you recognize why many are astounded at your actions, which appear to be a major networks thinly veiled attempt at putting a thumb on the scales of the 2016 presidential election.
The RNC says that the programs could not only hurt the 2016 Republican contenders but the 2016 Democratic candidates too.

Reince Priebus is such an idiot. Yeah that’ll show ‘em. The republicans won’t show up to debates. That’s real pressure! The media and the democrats are SOOOO intimidated now.
Reince Priebus sent me an email detailing this stupid move. I replied with an earful and told him to resign.
balls on someone in the GOP? Go on......
CNN should be out anyway after Candy Crowley inserted herself as a fact-checker for theOne - and predictably parroted the administration lie.
That means if they pull the mini-series they’ll show up for the ritual massacre?
The DNC has to keep the dumbing down program going 24/7 because some of it’s base are wising up to all their failed and costly stunts.
how about no pariticpation
Why participate with those who want to defeat you?
Shrillery will be next potus.
If this idiocracy elected a foreigner twice, an American the media pushes should be a shoe-in.
You, Sir, are putting the "stupid" in the "Stupid Party"!
Oh well White House have been threatening to bar reporters access for getting to much about Ben Ghazi? What's up with that?
ABC has a lot of nerve running this story after George Snufalufagus ran with the questions to Romney about birth control coverage during a primary debate. He was under orders to ask the question from the White House. Remember Mitt asking him, "where are these questions coming from?". Then a week later the "war of women" propaganda started.
Not only should we ban networks, but reporters such as Snufalugagus, Crowley and others pretending to be objective.
What Reincie boy SHOULD be doing is making SURE that any debates with Hillary are NOT moderated by any moronic drivling idiots from either of these two NUTworks!!!!
(WHO the hell would name a kid “Reince”?)
There are some people on FR that no matter what the GOP does is not good enough. Dammed if you do ...Dammed if you don’t. As long as Fox News and Fox Channel carry the debates the GOP does not need the alphabets.
Well finally. I have never understood why the GOP agrees to participate in these libtard sponsored debates on NBC, CNN, ABC or CBS. Its insane.
The GOP ought to threaten to produce their own mini series exposing this wretch...
Frankly, I’m more worried about the fawning publicity Her Thighness will get each day on their ‘news’ shows.
That’ll show ‘em!
I’m not convinced the low info voters watch even their news shows.
It’ll be Lettermans, Stewarts, sitcoms, realities, etc., where Hillary will get her best coverage.
But, the few people who will watch the movies and see the news will be the info sources for those who don’t.
No one believes GOP leadership any more.
The GOP will have balls when they tell the entire MSM that they will NOT participate in any MSM network debates.
