I saw one doing a flyover in Lancaster County farms, on Saturday, and it couldn’t have been more than 1,000ft. The Dept Int uses them for “terrain mapping” and Dept of Ag uses them for “herd counts”. My USAF friends nearby, tell me BS to both of those stories.
