I’m still puzzled about what platform they used for the firing.
There ARE ground-based hellfire platforms but almost all I’m aware of are still in prototype stages of development.
This should be followed, but I’m still skeptical, and this photo might be borrowed from another engagement and used here for propoganda purposes.

I’d say any decent engineer with a little time & maybe access to a machine shop and some easily obtainable parts & materials could manage something like this. I’m not sure what it takes to program the guidance, though. It’d be a mistake to underestimate our enemies, in any case.
