Vague terrorist threats shutting down nineteen of our embassies, Russian strongman Putin thumbing his nose at President Obama, Iran jerking our chain – the U.S. hasn’t looked this cowardly on the world stage since the Jimmy Carter administration.
Here at home, too, we’ve gone back to the Carter future; unemployment is high, Keynesian economics are all the rage, our professorial president is increasingly whiny and ineffectual; all that’s missing is a cardigan sweater and that infernal violin.
Our recent contre-temps with Russia is a throw-back to the weak-kneed Carter era. President Vladimir Putin has granted temporary asylum to NSA leaker and fugitive Edward Snowden, despite frantic efforts by the White House to take the traitor into custody.
Mr. Obama is said to be livid; after all, he has pursued a chummy relationship with Putin for years.

Great piece! Putin dispises Obama and most of the world see him for what he is—a man out of his league. We can blame the Media, Oprah, and Yes, Hillary for geting him in the white house. the GOP have been his helpers—only the Tea Party and Glen Beck have opposed Obama and his minions. And what did they get? Obama has the IRS mute the Tea Party, and his MSM friend slander them and cast them as a new KKK. Glen Beck was fired and forced to labor in the wilderness of Cyberspace and the radio waves. But, as the truth comes out—the day will come when Obama will be the most hated man in America.

I totally agree I pray though that Obama’s ego and arrogance does not get in the way of stepping down after his term. I fear his thugs will be working overnight to keep him in power.

Nice sentiment, but not true. Beck had bigger dreams and being on another TV station was holding him back.
He is building radio, TV networks, book publishing, journalism and who knows what else for the day they try to stop him here and there, he will be everywhere, somewhere else.
But I'm pretty sure he wasn't fired.
