It’s just as a second language but listen, I live here and let me tell you, something is not right with it.
I just returned from there. The downtown, which used to be nice, is overrun by homeless people.
So why are you here on FR when it is headquartered in the state you love to hate?
The Robinson’s are fine people. California is the home to Ronald Reagan, and there are more counties in this state that are conservative than liberal. You can get a concealed carry permit in more counties than you can’t. Mississippi is always at the bottom of the list of anything good that is measured state to state. And then there’s the humidity. So you can peddle your nonsense about California, but we’re still one of the best places in the world to live despite the $hit we have for a government, and that will change. Enjoy going out to your outhouse to read the Sears catalog!

It really is just a gut feeling but Chinese? Why not Spanish? That seems far more useful given the huge Hispanic population in the country and in CO, especially Weld Co. where there are tens of thousands of Hispanics. It just strikes me as very odd that no Spanish is offered at the schools, at least not the schools in my town which is SVVSD and yet Chinese is. They’ve got Chinese teachers in every school. They are teaching customs, all sorts of things. But the thing that gave me real pause was the teachers response to the question. “They are going to be a growing part of our culture” or something to that effect. Why?
Given the Chinese own a lot of our debt it seems to me that this state or at least this school district is preparing for a culture shift.
The worst transplant progressives in the Denver area come from Massachusetts and Madison Wisconsin.
I should elaborate that I am speaking of the elementary schools. The middle and HS have Spanish.

They move out of here with missionary religious zeal to spread their pagan religion where ever they land. They infiltrate state and local governments with said paganism in the face of "seperation of church and state!" Their mission is to destroy the goose that lays their golden eggs... Really? Take a look around . . . after decades of our public education system being run by “red diaper” spoiled brats and socialist loving liberals this country looks nothing like it was when Reagan was president.
To me we should have been fighting them in the classrooms as well as on the battlefields.
