They’re not getting any benefits so there’s nothing to loose by talking. Secondly,the shooter is still getting paid but not the soldiers who were wounded (read it somewhere).

So how are they being intimidated; if they’re not getting benefits (or are they?)?
Not sure what benefits they may be denied. This is in the language of the Tweet. One problem is that if the describe it, they may be in violation of the Gag order.
But it is a fact they can deny them access to their loved ones in many ways and make the family miserable.
Sounds like they all ready are.
