I have a friend who lives in the islands who had a skin cancer removed from her chest and ended up with a horrible keloid scar that had to be removed when she came back to the States.

Mexico is good for heart surgery.

Schwarzenegger went there for his first valve surgery and attempted to keep it a secret from his wife.

not sure from the article
You keep your US citizenship so presumably you have to file

but the people they are wooing don’t live on salaries and ordinary income- they live on interest, dividends and capital gain distribution so this could be a huge break for them, especially if they or a trust fund they control hold long term assets like a business or property they intend to sell in the long term
I would think many doctors could be in that situation

As you may not remember, I started my long career in insurance in the health insurance marketplace 50 years ago this past March. Nothing has disappointed me like the Republican Party in this country who will not resist this Commonist take-over of both our health care industry and our health insurance industry!!!

Well before this got signed into law with the Vice President congratulating the President with "This is really a big F___ing Deal!" we should have had an even bigger rout of the Demonicrats in 2010 than the historical rout we enjoyed, followed by a seige on the Senate and the Supremes and even the MSM till this obamination was tossed on the ash-heap of history!!!

I personally drove to DC to join the Tea Party protest which was bigger than any previous, regardless of the chicken park police helicopter estimate who couldn't see about a 2nd million of us trying to avoid heat stroke in the shade of each and every tree on that stifling day in may 2010.

Never in our history have so many raced across this country to swell the objection to this man-made malignant curse, only to be deliberately ignored and then be forced to watch the basic nature of our economic and health protection system be set up for abject destruction after having achieved global pre-eminence in the history of mankind!!!

I now have to agree with the Vice Presidents comment in that the American people got that F___ing by both the Demonicrats AND the Repellicans who wouldn't and won't do enough to turn this once great nation away from this admitted Democrat "Train Wreck!" A whole lot of American's are spinning in their graves without a doubt!!!

What a hideous, unforgiveable shame!!!

“As you can see from reading the comments, patients don’t usually pay MSRP, even in New York.”

Not counting about 4 $35 co-pays my hip replacement cost me $300.00 for 2 days in the hospital.

I’m in a medicare advantage program.

"I’m in a medicare advantage program."

So am I, in fact I sell and service them.

Don't forget that those of us that are in them were going to lose them until the Dork.gov finally announced last April Fools Day that he wasn't going to banish them after all and in his ungodly mercy, would let us continue to have them until further notice.

Again, he modifies his own law at will just like all the other tyrants of the world!!!

Of course that's the way it is with all "public/private partnerships!"
