Jurors heard closing arguments, then deliberated four hours before returning their verdict. Their decision: Officers did not violate Elizabeth Nichols’ free speech rights. Nor did they use excessive force when they shoved her in the throat with a baton, pepper sprayed her open mouth and dragged her by her hair.

Agreed. I am in no way a supporter of overthetop police tactics, as anyone who has read My posts knows, but in this case I come down solidly on the side of the cop.
"Occupy" slime are not interested in actual Free Speech, as anyone who has attempted to enguage them in a discussion can attest. They are only interested in fomenting Hate and Discontent in any way possible. Well, guess what, Ewe fool(s)! (the girl and the other occupiers there) Hate has its own rewards.
Next time, I hope they taze her. Ah, weel, probably not. But one can wonder, just a bit...
