Ft. Hood Victims Want Shooting Designated Terror

Army Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan admits pulling out a pistol, shouting "Allahu akbar" (God is great) and opening fire on unarmed people, killing 13 of them. All, he says, in an effort to stop them from going to Afghanistan and killing his fellow Muslims.

Concluding he was on the "wrong side" in America's war, he told jurors at his court-martial that he switched sides.

...

Victims of the shooting rampage filed a lawsuit last year over the administration's decision to treat the incident as workplace violence. They say that designation has robbed them of benefits and made them ineligible to receive the Purple Heart, awarded to service members wounded in battle.

On Monday, the staff of the magazine National Review launched a petition drive directed at Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel, arguing that the Army psychiatrist should be tried as an enemy combatant for what they consider "an Act of Terror."

"By not designating this event as such an act, it disrespects the lives of the 13 who lost their lives that day, and dozens more who were injured," the petition reads

he told jurors at his court-martial that he switched sides.

If he actually did that, the people should demand treason charges be filed immediately. This seems to be the black letter definition of the term, doesn't it?

I get that this is a military tribunal rather than a civilian court, but if this isn't treason, what in the hell is?

I can’t believe that a military court can’t try a solider who confesses to deserting to the enemy.

Hasan’s frickin’ personal calling card says ‘SoA’ which means ‘Soldier of Allah’. That right there should’ve gotten him flagged as an insurgent and been immediately discharged, but PC got the better of us and nobody was willing to challenge him for fear they themselves would be targeted as ‘Islamophobic’. What a clusterf*ck. This got people killed. Damn tragic.

Actually, I think it should be relabeled as “enemy action.” Hasan has described himself as an enemy soldier, not observing the rules of war, attacking under false uniform.

If that doesn’t pass legal muster for some reason, well, it’s the Army’s responsibility to protect its soldiers for their mission. How can the government justify not identifying Hasan, (I know, PC rules), or if they failed in that, at least handling this as if he was an enemy combatant in violation of the Geneva Conventions? Workplace violence, my a$$.

"The cards make no mention of his military affiliation, but underneath his name he listed himself as SoA (SWT). SoA is commonly used on jihadist Web sites as the acronym for Soldier of Allah, according to investigators and experts who have studied such sites. SWT is commonly used by Muslims as an acronym for Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala, Glory to God."

This weasel is alive only because the person that shot him was either a bad shot or didn't want to kill him. He should have been turned into worm food.
I read that he is still receiving his military pay.
What the hell have we turned into?
What he did was an act of terror and TREASON. He has said many times he is and always was our enemy.
I hope that first responders and sharpshooters learn from this. SHOOT TO KILL AND DON'T STOP TILL HE STOPS WIGGLING

I think the person who shot him was a remarkably good shot. She nailed him in the spine and rendered him paralyzed from the waist down. He gets to wear diapers and sit in his own feces forever more.

He was shot by a LEO. The fact that he is paralyzed from the waist down shows that he was hit pretty much center of mass.

That's not bad shooting if you ask me. And no LEO is going to run up to a perp and administer a coup de-grace in the cranium.

Just my opinion.

Political Correctness:

”A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical liberal minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.”

By spreading this definition around, perhaps we can employ one of the more effective methods of deflating and defeating the fools who practice and promote it: RIDICULE.

Unless stopped – and soon – PC will DESTROY Western Civilization -- if it hasn’t already.

PASS IT ON!!

THEN PASS THE KOOL AID!!

And the soldiers he shot were not allowed to have guns on base. Is this an upside-down world or what?

Anytime Odumbo and his henchmen, can disrespect good people, they will do so, with impunity. There is nothing these scum bags won't do, to defend the Muzzies.

The Fort Hood shootings were clearly an act of terror. It is very surprising that has yet to be acknowledged by the DoD controlled by Democrats. Sad for the victims and sad for America.

When soldiers in Afghanistan were killed or wounded by Afghanis turning on them, were they given Purple Hearts and benefits?
It should be the same at Ft. Hood.

Gotta remember they're under the same "leadership" that designated it as workplace violence to soften the blow on the perp and ensure maximum pain for the families of those killed...
