If I'm not mistaken, our valiant Postal Service has authorized stamps to commemorate the Eid al-Fitr. I was in the Post Office a couple of years ago and asked for Christmas stamps. I was offered Muslim stamps, When I declined those, I got something from the postal clerk to the effect that "They're people, too."

I'm just wondering, in the current PC climate, how long we will be able to use actual Christmas stamps as U.S.postage.

America demands Justice for the Fallen of Benghazi!

Genuflectimus non ad principem sed ad Principem Pacis!

Listen, O isles, unto me; and hearken, ye people, from far; The LORD hath called me from the womb; from the bowels of my mother hath he made mention of my name. (Isaiah 49:1 KJV)

Hhmph. I would have caused a scene, knowing that the security cameras were rolling, demanding the branch manager and stating I was being discriminated against on religious grounds.

“Yes, they are people.....on the other side of the planet. Which is where they’ll stay if they’re smart.”
