At the Otay crossing near the San Diego border last Monday, about 200 people coming from Mexico gained entry to the United States all using the same key phrase; they claimed they had a 'credible fear' of drug cartels. According to KSAZ FoxPheonix: So many were doing this that they had to close down the processing center and move the overflow by vans to another station.
"They are being told if they come across the border, when they come up to the border and they say certain words, they will be allowed into the country," said a person who did not want to be identified on camera. "We are being overwhelmed."
KSAZ reports the new tactic could easily overwhelm the immigration system, quoting immigration attorney and former immigration official Pete Nunez:
"To make our system even more ridiculous than it has been in the past," he adds. "There are no detention facilities for families, so the family would have to be split up. We don't want to split families up, so we end up releasing people out into the community on bond, on bail." Nunez says, "It's a huge loophole."
"There has to be a policy change, something implemented, an emergency implementation that will stop this, or otherwise we will have thousands coming in."
The goal, however, may be to overwhelm the system. This apparent new tactic comes on the heels of widely publicized activism by a group called 'The Dream 9' who also used a claim of asylum to gain re-entry to the country.
All nine of the activists have now established credible fear, a step toward an asylum hearing. Supporters are now hoping the Dream 9 will be eligible for parole, which would allow them to return to the United States until their asylum hearing dates.

This is intentional. Pure ClowardPiven with an side dish of Alinsky. Get as many illegals in and then amnesty and citizenship.
We don’t want to split families up. No problem deport all of them.
Could conservatives start smuggling persecuted Christians into the USA over the Mexican border?
I’m sure if we brought a few million here, the Democrats would drop amnesty like a hot potato.
America opened the door for a lot of persecution happening in Iraq, Syria, Egypt and elsewhere. By all rights these people should be given asylum here anyway.

Would Obama and company care to explain this ?
If only that were true. Obama is going to claim that the plight of the illegal aliens is a civil rights issue. He will use this opportunity to presssure Reps who will return from recess on September 9. There are efforts all over the country targeting Rep congressmen to vote for amnesty.
The Congressional Black Caucus says on its website under its Policy agenda that they support comprehensive immigration reform.
Marcia Fudge, the CBC Chairperson, states, "In the 21st Century, African Americans and other communities of color continue to be disproportionately and disparately impacted by poverty, environmental, justice and healthcare challenges.
"Clyburn told The Daily Caller that the CBC members didnt talk about what measures could be taken to shield African-Americans from job competition by new immigrants.
No, we didnt discus anything like that, he said, adding were trying to find a pathway to citizenship for the 11 million [Latino illegal immigrants] who are here.

MEET THE “NEW AMERICANS” (educated, housed, clothed, fed, transported, medicated, drugged-up, armed and ready for reconquista—w/ your federal, state and local tax dollars).
Where are the gutless Republicans on this? They are abetting the invasion of the US and the destruction of the Republic.
