A casualty of the Zimmerman acquittal??? Failure is not an option.

The Orlando Sentinel led the charge for the indictment and conviction of George Zimmerman with one-sided racially biased reporting that served ultimately to poison the jury pool in Seminole County.

Negative information about Zimmerman were dug up and amplified and always found a place in the paper, while anything negative about Trayvon Martin was screened and censored -- and still is to this day.

For over a year readers blamed the bias on the reporters, but now we see the reason for that racial animus in black and white and color.

News outlets from around the world covered marches and rallies in Sanford sparked by Trayvon’s death, but Russell said a diverse team of Sentinel staffers was asked to take a deeper look at how Central Florida is affected by race.

Russell said a goal of the series was to prompt conversations about race, stereotypes and the state’s “stand your ground” law.

In addition to the series, the Sentinel hosted a forum on race relations at the New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Sanford. More than 200 people attended.

Not only was the Trayvon Martin bias projected, hyped and overblown, Obama scandals, if reported at all, were relegated to inside pages with minimal coverage.

The black racists are far more powerful in their community than the KKK/Democrats ever were and operate right out in the open with government support.

Yes, but they hope this one is more successful. You can be as loyal as possible but the Soviets would still shoot you if you failed or retreated.

The Sentinel staff in March won the Freedom Forum/American Society of News Editors Award for Distinguished Writing on Diversity in the aftermath of the Martin case ... and the Sentinel was also a Pulitzer Prize finalist this year in the local news category....

and they still purge their award-winning editor. LOL

That tells you what those awards are worth.
