Obama: GOP 'Holy Grail' Is 'Making Sure 30 Million People Don't Have Healthcare'
Independent Journal Review ^ | August 11, 2013 | Michael Miller

Posted on 08/11/2013 5:55:02 PM PDT by Kaslin

Friday, Barack “Reach Across the Aisle” Obama had an amped-up message for low-information voters: It is the “holy grail” of Republicans to make sure that 30 million Americans don’t have health insurance.

As reported by The Hill, in addition to saying that blocking ObamaCare has become the GOP’s “holy grail,” Obama called Republican opposition to his troubled healthcare plan (which is opposed by ever-increasing percentage of Americans) an “ideological fixation” as well.

Not only is this guy absolutely horrendous with a terrible record of reaching across the aisle outstanding at “reaching across the aisle,” he’s also pretty good at ridiculing, too. (You don’t suppose he means “fixation” as in his fixation with redistributing wealth, do you?)

“The one unifying principle in the Republican Party at the moment is making sure that 30 million people don’t have healthcare.”

This is what we commonly call a “lie.” Republicans do not want to make sure 30 million people don’t have insurance, and it is absurd to even say that. However, Republicans don’t want to implement a half-assed healthcare bill that would still leave upwards of 26 million (CBO estimate) uninsured.

Here’s to hoping that the American people can open their eyes to see what their President is really doing: dividing America with misleading rhetoric concerning an unpopular piece of legislation that is hardly the best that we can do.

And the spineless pussies known as the Republican leadership will talk about how "disappointed" they are in the choice of words.

Then they will all have a few drinks together.

Since implementation of Commune-Style Obama’care’ is a privacy violation to the US Constitution, then an injunction needs to be filed with SCOTUS by the Esteemed Speaker of the House, John “Cave-In” Boehner.

The key to success is to bypass all Administration Bureaus.

Oh wait, I forgot that “Cave-In” Boehner is on vaycay for 5 weeks - - - - !

Republicans should be outraged and demanding an apology. This is the most irresponsible thing I’ve ever heard a president say. It is extremely divisive, not constructive and shows no class whatsoever. The fact that a president said it is embarrassing.

If he were a Republican, saying this about Democrats, the media would be all over it. In this case I’m sure they’ll repeat the theme as being true. Wow... we are headed for a huge backlash. This kind of talk can only lead to a bad place.

The bigger lie for the no-nothings and illegals is that they “don’t have healthcare”. If they need it and go to the hospital for critical care it MUST be provided, insured or not. So he lies from the get-go. And if any of these freebie people get on board and then go to a doctor for a checkup— the only way they will GET care is if that doctor is FORCED to see these “gimmee-dats”.
Like your tag. Deo Vindice.

Obama and the rest of the degenerate in your face liar marxist baby killers and sex perverts in elected office nationwide are a symptom of Universal Suffrage imposed via Constitutional Amendment, not the problem per se.

The Founders explicitly warned against Universal Suffrage and deliberately did not put the right to vote in the Constitution.

There is NO solution to this problem short of disenfranchising the parasites.

Its not even on the radar of the blue bloods and country clubbers in the GOP, yet the Marxists continuously work to allow felons and illegal aliens vote, and fight any ID laws.

This Republic is already dead, only collapse and reset remain.

“The one unifying principle in the Republican Party at the moment is making sure that 30 million people don’t have healthcare.”

And Obama says this in the context of supporting a law that will insure 300 million no longer have access to quality and plentiful healthcare - regardless of whether or not they have a mandated "health insurance" policy - what good does that do if no healthcare facility is available to provide you with care? The law has already blocked the construction of countless new facilities, caused others to scale back, and now threatens the continued existence of nonprofit medical facilities. All of this is designed, under the guise of helping the poor, to empower a super-rich, wealthy elite and squeeze everyone else out - which is the true motive behind most if not all of the policies pushed forward by the modern liberal establishment.

Ask yourself, “Did the Democrats do this because they are concerned about Americans who might get sick, or did they do it to buy votes so they can continue to have access to the public treasury to loot it?”

I’ve asked myself that question many times about Osama/Obama....and I still have no answer. I do think that he underestimates the American “inner resolve” that is in most of us....tho there are those among us who appear to be sheep...that sounds better than DUMB AS POSTS.....tho the last couple elections have made me wonder. I do think that the generation one was born in tends to make a BIG difference, I was born in 1933, so I am really getting “long in the tooth” so to speak, it is very desturbing to hear myself say that I really don’t know my country now at all.....but I love her, and I’m so very proud of her, and it BREAKS MY HEART and angers me beyond words at what is being allowed to happen to her . I trust no one that is connected in any way with this gov. It is corrupt from the top down....too bad there isn’t a way to clean Washington out and start over again, unfortunately, who would we pick to fill their positions? I’m afraid the citizenry has grown fat and lazy and are too busy deciding which teet to grab for the Free Stuff from the gov. I never thought I’d be where I am today....totally disallusioned with our World, our Country, most of all, we Human Beings.

I’m a little confused. You say you have no health insurance then you say it costs one-third of your pay. Could you clarify?

Since health care is finite, the only question is WHICH 30 million will go without healthcare.

Obama thinks he knows who is more deserving.

We’re in God’s hands. Actually, America has always been in God’s hands and never would have become a nation without his hand (”Divine Providence” is what our founders called Him). It’s time we turned our hearts to the Lord and look to Him, not man, for our help and strength.

We need to call our reps and senators to tell them we want Obamacare GONE, particularly if they are one of the too many Republican weenies.

Crickets from the Dummicans, they should be on TV laughing their azzes off reminding American that the CBO is predicting that up to 30 million Americans will STILL be uninsured WITH Odumbocare.

"Obama: GOP 'Holy Grail' Is 'Making Sure 30 Million People Don't Have Healthcare'"

He's been in office for going on five years and is still only interested in the votes he's trying to buy. It's probably getting too late to expect he'll ever try to be president to all to the people.

Democrats are fixated on having death panels against senior citizens lower health care costs. Democrats are fixated on providing a bump to the funeral business through their death panels. Conservatives are fixated on stopping the slaughter of senior citizens by death panel bureaucrats.
