California Gov. Jerry Brown signed a controversial bill into law Monday afternoon allowing the state’s transgender public school students to choose which bathrooms they use and whether they participate in boy or girl sports.
The law would cover the state’s 6.2 million elementary and high school kids in public schools.
Supporters say the law will help cut down on bullying against transgender students, The families of transgender students have been waging local battles with school districts around the country over what restrooms and locker rooms their children can use

Government (public) school is child abuse, and now also sexual child abuse.
So, really, there are no boys or girls restrooms anymore - just go into either one? If questioned, kid just says, “I felt like a (girl) (boy) today.” If I still had kids, I would put them in a private school that still had moral values and that is in any state, not just Californicate.
1/2 the male student body can be found in the girls shower and locker rooms.
My question is;
Does the transgenderererer have to be dressed in their transgender clothes to use the bathroom of their choice, or can they use the bathroom that they want to based on what they want to do?
If it is the latter, then Cali is opening a HUGE can of worms.
This is the pervert equivalent of gun-free zones. If a guy wants to shoot as many people as they can before finally getting shot back,they go to a gun free zone. If a guy wants to get as close to naked girls as they can, he claims to be transgendered.
It can be exploited further. Wear a burqa so nobody can see your face or hands, and claim to be a transgendered lesbian. Whose to stop you now? The ACLU would be your friend.

Wedneday - I'm a girl - and it's Valentines Day - Yay!
Thursday - I'm a girl again, and I'm having my "period" so no gym class! Yay!
Friday - Back to being a boy, at least until Sunday night.

So, LA High wins the state girls basketball championship with five “transgender” boys. Do they compete in national or regional championships outside CA? Just asking.
