Save massive demographic change, there are and will be no “safe passages” on the South and West sides of Chicago. And Holder threatens to empty the jails. Look out below.....

A total misnomer, there is no safe passage in Chicago for anyone .... you pays your taxes, fees and protection but you takes your chances anyway.
