What are you talking about?

Gibraltar has been British longer than American has been a country.

It more likely has to do with the failed socialist policies of Spain (and Argentina).

When you have 25%+ unemployment at home, a crap economy and restless people - you can either change your socialist polices (like that is ever going to happen)

OR

find a bogey man to take the people’s mind off how bad your government sucks.

Start pushing for war. Nationalism.

It hides a lot of sins.

Okay, I concur. But it in no way does your comment change any of the points I’ve made about England’s need to return Gibraltar to Spain,if you took the time to read my comments, arguments about England’s hegemony over Gibraltar. The amount of time England has occupied Gibraltar adds nothing to its claim of maintaining the island for itself.
