San Francisco -- Transgender students in California public schools will be allowed to participate in school groups and use school facilities based on their gender identities, turning a policy that several school districts already follow into statewide law.
AB 1266 will ensure that schools respect students' gender identity concerning sports teams, locker rooms, restrooms and all other "sex-segregated" programs and facilities. The bill, signed by Gov. Jerry Brown on Monday, was introduced by state Assemblyman Tom Ammiano (D-San Francisco).
State law already prohibits discrimination in schools on the basis of gender identity, but backers of the measure say the extra clarity in the law will go a long way in making a growing population of transgender students feel comfortable and safe at school.

Add to this the other story about the US Air Force inviting and paying a “drag queen” group to perform on base, in order to celebrate “Diversity Day,” because (quote) it’s a “symbol of gay pride and unity.” Servicemen can’t have a Bible visible on a desk, but open worship of homosex is now virtually required.
America has become such a deviant, depraved sewer. It’s sick and twisted, seeing our once-great country so degraded, and fully embracing evil.
Young males will flood girls locker and shower rooms as well as restrooms. My kids are grown, but I’d pull my kids out of public schools.
Then, while you're wrasslin' with the girls in the gymnasium, we gotta wrassle with this here serious architectural problem ... and I suppose you;ll want a shower afterwards ... which is another problem.
Academics? Readinj'? Writin'? Schools haven't even got time to tell the Trayvons to pull their pants up!

Crazy. Can a doctor legally perform “transgender surgery” on a minor? When the kid turns 18 and changes his/her mind, can he/she sue the quack that disfigured him/her?

Its based on “feelings” - one day I could be Johhny, using the male facilities. Next day, I could be Johanna and the teachers would have to allow me access to the girl’s facilities.
AND, the teachers ARE NOT allowed to tell my parents that I might have identity issues that might require professional help.
ALSO, lets say I make some girl uncomfortable - ogling her in the girl’s locker room. She might tell her boyfriend, brother, or father - and I then get beat up. Then, I sue the school, the schoolboard, and the state for “forseeable consequences” and make a boatload of cash. The boyfriend, brother, or father gets charged with assault.
This is nonsense. Some girl’s parent will sue to get the law overturned on public safety issues. It’ll get to federal court eventually and the law might even be upheld by the 9th Circuit - but when it gets to SCOTUS, it’ll be struck down.
So, WHY even bother to pass this assinine law in the first place ...

OK. OK. Here's how we're gonna handle that. Since the blind are an equally important minority, every kid in the school will have to wear light proof-eye patches.
Your Trayvon-type disrupters will be assigned to a high-speed school bus, the driver of which shall also be similarly equipped.

I can think I am, I can believe I am Tom Brady an NFL quarterback. I can go to my home and try to sleep with my wife. I will be arrested and eventually end up in a mental hospital.
