President Obama’s surprise decision last summer to use executive authority to halt the deportation of some immigrants who were brought to the country illegally as children won raves from advocates stung by the defeat of similar legislative proposals in Congress.
Since then, the administration has granted more than 400,000 of those young immigrants temporary waivers to live and work in the United States, making Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals one of largest legalization efforts in decades.

Obama cannot issue drivers licenses,this is up the states they live in to decide if they want to issue them.Why is the ACLU and advocacy groups not calling on Obama to issue federal drivers licenses to illegals and leave out the states ? The biggest laugh is..“We have to enforce the law, including, obviously, deporting criminals and others, and that’s what we’re doing,” Carney said. “We need to address this in a comprehensive way.”

2019 - DNC denounces all candidates for all political offices born in the US as being inherently too provincial and close-minded is new flashpoint in immigration debate.
What they always leave out of these stories is that once these kids are citizens they can sponsor in all of their relatives, including the parents who broke the law to bring them in in the first place. We don’t need no stinkin’ birthright citizenship. Their relatives include their parents, grandparents, siblings, the siblings’ spouses and children, etc. Then those folks can sponsor in all their relatives. And then they can all go on welfare and SSI and Obamacare legally. The kids can get a free college education. The older ones can collect Social Security despite never having paid into the system. Really. So yes, I would happily condemn them and their parents to second-class status. Or they could return home and enjoy first class status. Their call. But no, they want to break our rules, come here, get a free ride and then stand on their moral high horse — while our politicians go along with it. Two groups of parasites.
Don’t forget the massive invasion illegals showing up at the border claiming Credible Fear and being detained briefly.DHS cuts them loose with court date and they promise to show up by signing off on the document only to never be seen or heard from again.
How about deport them all!
The children who were born here are always “legalized”, this is all about legalizing foreigners.
