rodeo-clownWhile there is no written law, we may have finally reached a place in America where it’s forbidden to publicly mock the president of the United States — assuming the president is an African-American and a member of the Democratic Party.

The outcry over a rodeo clown donning a mask resembling President Obama reached a new level of absurdity when it was reported Monday that the man behind the mask has been permanently banned from performing at the fair ever again, as reported by the St. Louis Post-Dispatch.

Missouri State Fair officials barred the rodeo clown from ever performing at the fair again and are requiring that “all officials and subcontractors associated with the association must participate in “sensitivity training,” the Post-Dispatch noted.

In addition, the president of the Missouri Rodeo Cowboy Association, who served as the announcer at the event, resigned on Monday.

Several state lawmakers are also demanding an investigation after threatening to cut funding for the fair, an annual event that receives state tax dollars.

Politicians and the national media jumped all over the incident, deeming it to be inappropriate and disrespectful. However, very few are acknowledging that what took place in Sedalia, Mo., on Saturday night was a duplication of a stunt that has been performed many times before.

LAWSUIT! He can show that Bush was mocked in a similar way. The Dems are just trying to protect their brand image. If people start making fun of Obama, the Dems cannot promote him as the messiah. As a result their valuable party brand becomes tainted and they will not be able to parade Obama around for the rest of his life as mr. wonderful.

People are laughing because this whole upset on the part of the Thin-Skinned Drama Queen is so absurd. However, I think this is very indicative of something that Andrew Breitbart knew was at the core of this administration, and that was complete and total control over the CULTURE. They cannot allow him to be made fun of, (even as he appears on late night comedy shows), because they will lose control over The Brand. I think this was the reason they needed Breitbart out of the way. He was too dangerous because he understood them.

Imagine if, back in 2004, the Bush administration had called SNL and threatened its writers and actors and shut them down or had them all fired. Can you imagine the drama? No. This cannot happen. For those who have attended rodeos, you know that they are hilarious good fun. They are the Saturday Night Live for a large portion of the country in the heartland. That's why they have to shut this down pronto. Their reaction is despicable and it's Communism on parade.
