OOPS! I see the pronoun offended your deeply held egalitarian proclivities. Yes, the "Royal We" does implicitly speak of the master-servant relationship as well as that of the governor- governed. This usage of "We" a true egalitarian finds outrageous as he views everyone from the Tierra del Fuegan to New York sophisticate as "Jes Folks tryin to make a buck!
