Another child with Dravet's syndrome in Colorado, who was having 300 grand mal seizures a week and had lost the ability to walk, talk, and eat, was similarly reported to have her seizures drastically reduced to just 3 times per month after treatment with the liquidized form of cannabis,

With 300 grand mal seizures a week it doesn’t take long for there to be nothing left to your child’s brain.

Any parent will be desperate to try anything that offers hope. After all what do they have to loose. Their child will soon be dead anyway.

I’m rapidly becoming a new convert for medical marijuana after watching the dramatic or should I say, miraculous results of the little Colorado girl (and others). I have never used it nor would I prescribe it to one of my patients but would refer them to someone who knows more about it than I do.
