Attorneys general raise privacy concerns over ObamaCare navigators [no background checks]
The Hill ^ | August 17, 2013 | Jordy Yager

“Because of time constraints, HHS [is] cutting back on the requirement to become a navigator, meaning they're not going to be doing background checks. They're not going to be fingerprinting these people,” said Bondi in an interview with Fox.

“And it's more than navigators. It's people that assist the navigators. Now, these navigators will have our consumers throughout the country's most personal and private information — tax return information, Social Security information. And our biggest fear, of course, is identity theft.”

Navigators......imagine the TSA with cornrowed or weaved herr dids, $500 nails, spandexed designer jeans and enough jewelry to open a store, pointing out the intricacies of Obama’s Health Care Maze.

“Mr Gaffer,” “Does you want this Gold, Silver, or Bronze package?”

[what’s the difference]

“Uh, Gold is uh, mo better than Silver which be mo better than Bronze.”

[which one is best for me?]

“How much money does you have? Does you be on TANF, SNAP, WICs, Section 8?”

[No]

“Oh, I see. You is a trouble maker. Lookee here, I ain’t gots no time to fool aroun with a sucka like you, cracka!”

Well put. We are going to see “right thinking” rewarded and wrong thinking sanctioned. Become a lefty and vote Rat and get health care; sound like a conservative, don’t take government dependency benefits and have the weight of the alphabet agencies come down on you.

The Navigator bandwagon is cranking up....

Be a pioneer. Make an impact in the emerging and changing US health care systems. Join an exciting new movement to introduce Patient Navigators with an Integrative Health Specialty into the landscape of western medicine. Our year Certificate Program prepares graduates to do just that!

"Patient Navigators" are popping up everywhere these days. This growing profession is ranked high in a recent study of emerging encore careers in the health care field. Training in this new role provides students with the skills to navigate clients in medical offices, hospitals, complementary care offices and more.

Who should attend

Licensed alternative practitioners such as acupuncturists, chiropractors, or physical therapists

Non-licensed individuals interested in learning to become a "lay" navigator

Individuals interested in starting a private Navigation practice

Individuals interested in learning or expanding essential skills for patient/client-centered practices, that will apply to any service career.

Career Opportunities

Graduates of this program will be qualified to work as:

Navigators in physicians' offices, hospitals, and licensed medical clinics

Navigators in non-profit organizations

Navigators in Complementary and Alternative Medicine offices

Integrative Health Navigators in private practice

A support person in any profession (the navigator has training in) that benefits from a person who can truly listen, drop his/her own "agenda" and help others find the answers that are right for them.

From the FAQ...

What is the cost of the program?

The total program fee is $5,400. Fees are paid at the time of registration on a per semester basis depending on the courses offered each semester. The fees include two core courses, the cost of the internship and ongoing one-on-one supervision the second semester.

This is totally intentional.

Epic failure of massive proportions which will herald in the perceived need for a single payer system....

This tactic is so transparent....

Yes ...the most transparent regime in history...

I have said it for a while: Since this abortion was “passed”, they have been nearly frantic to entrench it.

They have been purchasing, leasing and building property, buying office furniture, creating org charts, hiring people, installing infrastructure and so on, because that will be the anchor.

Anyone who has ever paid attention to this type of thing knows: Government does not, as a rule, go backwards. It only goes forward and gets bigger.

Once all this infrastructure, people, budgets, etc. get roots down, they aren’t going away. This is here to stay, and in this respect (entrenching bureaucracy) the stinking liberals knew just what they were doing.
