Willie is NOT the goofy guy they make him out to be on the show.
His dad started the business in 1972 and had some success but it wasn’t until Willie took it over that it became a MULTI-MILLION dollar business.
The guy ‘acts’ goofy on the show sometimes. The winery show... come on, that was spare time goofiness for the sake of the t.v. show folks.
Willie is the one who got that business put on t.v. in the first place.
I think he’s a pretty brilliant guy.
On the other hand, yep - I’d hate to see what the state-run media would do to him and his family.
It would probably be the end of the t.v. show as well.
