Here’s a headline for something that’s even more harmful to the poor since its effects are more pervasive:

High energy prices (due to stupid policies to combat non-existent AGW) hurt low-income people most.

That’s what the press SHOULD be writing about, instead of this article, which deserves a giant “duh!” as a comment.

Do my eyes deceive me? The Center for American Progress put out a study that doesn’t blame global warming or climate change for all the ills put upon the poor? They are merely saying that bad weather and storms can hurt people?

This MUST be a watershed turning point, folks. They are throwing in the towel because GW/CC has become such a laughing stock and nobody believes it (except government bureaucrats and university professors who feed on the government teat).
