Staggering: Mich. Family Violently Targeted After Standing Against Teacher Who Molested Their

The Janczewski family is fighting the local school district in Rose, Michigan after it emerged that a male teacher molested their 8th grade son and then — unbelievably — six other teachers spoke out against the 15-30 year sentence the man received.

“Neal has plead (sic) guilty for his one criminal offense but he is not a predator,” Harriet Coe reportedly wrote. “This was an isolated incident. He understands the severity of his action and is sincere in his desire to make amends…”

John Janczewski, the father of the victim, spoke on the Glenn Beck radio program Monday about all that has happened to his family since the horrific molestation by now-former Rose City Middle School teacher Neal Erickson came to light. He said he and his wife have been threatened and attacked for speaking out against the teachers.

“At one thirty in the morning on a Saturday, I was awoken to a bomb sound going off,” Janczewski said, choking back emotion. “I went to the window to find my garage was on fire and engulfed in flames, my camper and the side of my house…If I wouldn’t have woken up, we could’ve all died.”

“Whoever’s done this has no remorse,” he told the Ogemaw County Herald earlier. “They have no soul.”

The family also had the letters “YWP” and “ITY” spray painted on the side of their house, which Janczewski thinks mean “you will pay” and “I told you.”

-snip

To top it all off, Janczewski was pained that a church down the road from his house posted bail for their son’s molester.

The article is vague on details. Was the boy forcibly raped or was it consentual ? If consentual I would tend to say it may be that 15-30 is too long.

Frankly, in the 50s and 60s in Kentucky, WVA and SE Ohio, it was not that uncommon for 14 year old girls to get married.

And frankly, if I were a 30 something teacher, the 14-15 year old girls could be quite a distraction.

Massachusetts is the first hard Homosexual State. California is becoming another and the whole nation is following the path blazed by Massachusetts. How does such a tiny minority capture a huge country so easily?

While this most likely is a union action, there is also the possibility that this teacher was a member of a pedophile gang. Such gangs are usually of people with positions of authority that can interfere with prosecutions, like judges, cops, local politicians, etc.

The story needs as much national attention as possible.

Make teachers too embarrassed to belong to a union.

ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL

This ping list is for the “other” articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)

The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.

It is partly Janczewski's fault for allowing his son to attend public school instead of homeschooling or other. This IS public school. By now people who actually care about their children have pulled them out of public school or are doing so. Teachers and unions are running governmental day prisons for youth and have a third world attitude toward prison behaviour by the guards.

Right wing nuts worry that the US might become a third world country. That concern is late and the effect is past tense. Socially and politically the USA IS a third world country. The tipping point was passed, I think, in the nineties. The only relic of civilization in the Janczewskis' case is that a jury is still able to act as if the US is a civilized country and it's determination is still followed.

I disagree- a teacher is in a position of authority so there is no way to determine if it is consensual.

More reason to disband the teacher’s unions around the country.

You are joking right?

It really doesn’t matter to you that a teacher molested his student?

Frankly, here’s news for you, if anyone in KY, WV or SE OH had found a teacher who was sexually involved with his male student in the 50’s and 60’s, that teacher would be D-E-A-D. So before you start thinking about going back in time to support your case, you’d be wise to think about the consequences.

You can take this gay lifestyle tolerance/acceptance/celebration elsewhere.

Yeah, he is.

That's why I call them:

Disease-ridden, boy-raping whackjobs. Because that's exactly what they are...just like the faggotic "priests" and Sandusky.

I don’t understand homosexuality. I do know that as a 14 year old boy, there were a couple of female teachers that I would not have minded at all.

And if one of those teachers had done it with me, I would not have wanted her to do 15-30.

So yeah, consent does matter to me.

Maybe I am wrong here, just stating my opinion.

You and Whoopie asks, “Yeah, but was it rape rape”. There’s no such thing as consent when it involves a minor!

People really need to read the other thread on this. It went on for years and included videos posted on line (Kinda wondering about the anonymous tipster myself)
