Frankly, in the 50s and 60s in Kentucky, WVA and SE Ohio, it was not that uncommon for 14 year old girls to get married.

And frankly, if I were a 30 something teacher, the 14-15 year old girls could be quite a distraction.

To even suggest that a 13 year old BOY could "give" consent is absurd.

I'd say anything less than castration before hanging is not enough for any piece of human debris who abuses children.
