"And Hogberg notes that because of an exchange rule known as "guaranteed issue," young people can sign up for insurance if and when they need it."

I believe the pre-existing requirement along with parents needing to carry "children" up to 26 years old were the poison pills to make sure Obama,Reid,Pelosicare fails and single payer will be installed.

...Hogberg notes: "becasue of "guarenteed issue", young people can sign up for insurances if and when they need it"

Does that mean that if a young person is not insured and finds themselves in the emergency room or diagnosed with some disease they can't afford, they can just say "I think I'll sign up for Obamacare" and be covered?

So then they'll be stuck for life, I'd assume. Are there any provisions for dropping out? And even if there are, just about everyone is going to need some pill or some monitoring/screening for some condition, and they'll become addicted to the coverage.

We are so through as a nation.
