My thoughts when I saw this story was.. wow.. we’re nearing the VERY end of this world.
Maybe the “rebels” feel that the attention has moved to the problems to their east. Sounds like an attempt to get the spotlight back.

Actually, I think I want more proof than what Reuters says or reports. I saw a picture this morning of supposedly a group of children, dead from poison gas, all laid out in a makeshift morgue. The big sticking point I have with it is the relative peacefulness of the children whose faces could clearly be seen. It did not look to me as if they’d been killed by a gas attack; it looked like they were sleeping. IOW, they did not look like they were dead.
The numbers the jihadis are throwing out keep going up. Wonder what it will be by the end of today’s news cycle.

the most recent I know to be a fake was a video in which the hand of an alleged corpse laying on a stretcher was moved during the short segment....revealing UTTERLY NO WOUND under his blood soaked t shirt.
This photo was entirely suspicious. Faces and color were normal, no fluids, paleness, no sunken eyes, no nothing...FAKED in my opinion.
