GOOD points. The term “random” was not one that could’ve been used by the murderers, instead, it’s how the cops characterized it, filtering whatever “explanations” the perp/perps provided them with. Would they have “thought twice” before killing him if they perceived the jogger to be black? I don’t know, but I think they would’ve let him be. The odds that it would be a white jogger out on the road are much higher, so by default, a “random” shooting would more likely be perpetrated on a white ANYWAY.
Does Oklahoma treat subhumans like these 3 to appropriate consequences (i.e., frying, hanging, shooting or poisoning)? Maybe all 4 would be appropriate.
