Se. Ted Cruz is not a natural born citizen, and he is not eligible for the Office of the President. Claims to the contrary are without merit and an act of corruption. You don’t battle Obama’s corruption by engaging in the same corruption.
Are you calling Mark Levin corrupt?
His mother was a U.S. citizen when he was born in Canada he is eligible he didn’t have duel citizenship.
Dude, you seem to think you know all the jots and tittles of this provision...but do you have any clue as to why it was included in the first place?????????
Unlike BHO, IF Sen. Ted Cruz decides to run for the Office of the POTUS, I am quite sure he will obtain a legal opinion from the highest court in the land (according to the Constitution) on the constitutionality of any such candidacy.
And it is my belief that any such ruling will determine that Sen. Ted Cruz is ruled constitutionally eligible to run for POTUS (since it has come up before):
"It is not necessary that a man should be born in this country, to be 'a natural born citizen' ... James Bayard. Bayard's exposition of the Constitution was read and approved by the Great Chief Justice of the Supreme Court John Marshall, by the legendary Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story, and by the famous Chancellor James Kent, as well as other legal experts of the early United States.
