Rick Perry deserves that description. George W. Bush does not. Rick Perry is a dufus at best. George W. Bush did a tremendously good job as President in VERY difficult times. Yep, he passed some junky bills and didn't fight back against negativity but he is a gentleman.
You are wrong. You and Lowry are simply repeating the msm talking points. Texas is doing well. Rick Perry grew up under modest circumstances, served his country, and represents my kind of values. You need to do some research before you make a judgment.
