Actually that's not true. Working out "all day" won't make you any bigger than a good 1 to 1 1/2 hour workout three or four days a week. In fact it would be counter-productive. Muscles grow on the rest days not in the gym. Also, these guys don't look that buff at all and certainly aren't as built as 90% of the guys in my gym - I doubt they lift.

It was satirical hyperbole. (of sorts)..; )
