Too bad somebody didn’t get a chance to put a bullet in the brain of this dopehead while on his rampage.
There are a lot of CWPs out there, so the odds were against him if he had carried on much longer. Maybe that’s why he was targeting men in wheelchairs and 10 year old kids.
