There still has been more outrage over a rodeo clown wearing an Obama mask than either of these two events combined. the Rush of “words mean things”

I wish he would also get rid of the term "liberal". The left opposes liberty, so don't let them hijack another word. Call them leftist or communists. I wouldn't even call them Democrats. Also, get rid of the term "Gay". Homosexuals are homosexuals. Most are angry, bitter, narcissistic jerks. There is nothing happy or "Gay" about them.

“American-American” is a PC term coined by Jesse Jackson.
They used to be called “negroes”, then “colored”, then “blacks”, then “afro-americans”. Brothe Jesse didn’t like any of these designations. They didn’t really “distinguish” black Americans from white Americans, and since he’s the race hustler he is, about 25 years ago he goes on national TV on all the news shows to promote the “african-american”, term for black Americans. Pure race-baiting politics. An American is an American, is an American, except in the eyes of Brother Jesse Jackson and the rest of the race baiters, both white and black. I have never used the liberal PC term for a black American and never will. I don’t play their BS games.

That's a term that I try to avoid, because the term once had a positive connotation. I prefer Mark Levin's moniker: "statist", or Ayn Rand's: "collectivist". These terms apply to fascists and socialists of all stripes.

Rush doesn't always get it right, but when he does he cleans the bases.  This one is right on the mark.  Are his comments original?  No, but they sure raise the visibility of these thoughts.  Excellent.

Ironically the President is one of the small minority, white or black, who are truly “African-American.” The ordinary black American is about as African as Teddy Roosevelt was Dutch.
