Maybe then, the 'white minority' can demand rights and privileges currently reserved for non-white minorities.

[I recall in 1973 a grad school prof told the class that if they were black and female, they were the most desired selectees for college-level jobs, females second, minorities third. Those of us who were white males were at the bottom of that 'food chain'.]

I agree that it is a dangerous precedent to increase jail time based on social media postings however much in this case the guy is 100% a gangbanging racist. Prosecutors need to prove some relationship between homicide and the perpetrator’s state of mind at the time of the crime which establishes the offender’s criminal act must have been motivated, in whole or in part, by his or her bias.
