Governor Palin: Donít Fund Obamacare!
Conservatives4Palin.com ^ | 27 August, 2013 | Sarah Palin via Stacy Drake

Posted on 08/27/2013 10:35:59 AM PDT by ScaniaBoy

Via Facebook:

Forced enrollment in Obama’s "Unaffordable Care Act" is weeks away. This beast must be stopped — by not funding it. Today, Todd and I joined with many of our fellow citizens to urge those in the U.S. Senate to not fund Obamacare.

We The People must continue to make our voices heard and hold those elected to serve this great nation accountable. Those in the Senate and those seeking to serve there must stand strong against this devastating program before it reveals its true face now recognized by both sides of the aisle as the bureaucratic and economic beast that will deny our families, our businesses, and our sick the ability to access health care.

The time for rhetoric and ceremonial votes in Congress is over. The time to take serious action to stop Obamacare is now. Join us in urging Senators — Don’t Fund Obamacare! Just remember — if you fund it, you own it!

But she can see Russia from her porch. SNL said so. And she’s so dumb and inexperienced, unlike Obama. John Stewart said so.

Somehow someway we need to get the word out. I tweeted last night we need to somehow rapidly get to a grassroots sort of turnout, much like across the nation, long lines, hundreds of people, in show of support for Chick-Fil-A . . . I only have a couple of “important” followers on Twitter but not near enough to get something like this rolling.

We are running out of time.

Maybe Cruz could go on Huckabee this weekend? Everybody show up at your local ER? Chick-Fil-A? Congress Critter’s Office?

Tick Tock Tick Tock running out of time.

Don’t Fund Obamacare! Just remember — if you fund it, you own it!

If the house funds it, it will become OBoehnercare.

It's that damn simple, Boehner can stop it and there's not a damn thing Obama can do about it.

If Boehner doesn't stop it, there is no reason to have a Republican party.

Right, why subject a good candidate to the media colonoscopy this early. Let the RINO’s and libs torch each other until early 2015. Just sit on your possible donations until then and don’t waste them on GOPe.

She’s right on, and we got to keep pushing the message out there as an absolute litmus test for incumbents in their next Republican primary: if you vote to fund ObamaCare, then you are in favor of ObamaCare. It’s that simple.

Both Palin and Obama had little experience. But Palin had common sense, and Obama had political polish. Unfortunately for the country form won over substance.

But the media can make anyone look any way they want them to look. They could easily have made Palin into a strong, bold, intelligent and unbeatable candidate.

You’re right. It’s tough when a candidate is up against a propaganda machine which defines him or her out of the gate, and that machine works because so many people just accept it uncritically.

The IRS targeting of Republicans IS STILL IN EFFECT because the regime wants to expand such targeting under 0bamacare for the purpose of killing off Republicans.

NO JOKE.

the bureaucratic and economic beast that will deny our families, our businesses, and our sick the ability to access health care.

This is a great example of why I like Sarah Palin.

At least here -- not saying anywhere ever, but right here in this piece -- she is telling us that obamacare hurts families, not Hispanics; that it hurts businesses, not "the poor;" that it hurts the sick, not "women and children."

In other words, there's no leftwing drool coming from her, no pitch to soft hearts or soft heads.

Obamacare is socialized medicine. Doesn't anyone remember, anymore? It's bad because it's socialist. The theory is evil, all the way the the tap root.

“If the house funds it, it will become OBoehnercare”

And why should he care? He will be reelected, he will be exempt and his life will go on.

We don’t want him to own it, we want him to kill it.

It is to the Repubs’ enduring shame that they have let the Left totally control emessaging. I foresee an even bigger beating in 2014/2016 unless they get off their well-paid asses and address the problem. Elections are more and more being determined by what happens on your cell phone and pad.

I honestly give it less than a 50/50 chance he'll do the right thing by the country.
Hate to be that pessimistic, but with his history of caving, we're in deep trouble as long as he's Speaker.

“It is to the Repubs’ enduring shame that they have let the Left totally control emessaging”

Agreed!

Like whenever Dems say to get Hispanic votes the GOP must pass immigration reform, and yet I think the GOP should get out there to explain to Hispanic Americans — many of whom own small businesses — how Republican policies with less regulation and lower taxes will help them build and keep their enterprises. The GOP policies are good for those who legally immigrate to America since many immigrants open up small businesses eventually, and that message should be getting out. Instead, the GOP just lets the Dems set the agenda, and plays reactively rather than proactively.

“If Boehner doesn’t stop it, there is no reason to have a Republican party.”

There is no reason to have the gop at all, but I get your point. The ascendance of boehnercare will merely reinforce what a lot of us already recognize as truth: the gop is just a slightly more conservative wing of gop/’rat uniparty. Their rhetoric is different but their leadership and underlying goals are exactly the same.
