Opponents of Californias landmark cap-and-trade system will get a chance Wednesday in a Sacramento courtroom to present their case.
Pro-business groups have sued the California Air Resources Board in two separate lawsuits over the states carbon allowances auction, which opponents say is an unconstitutional tax. Those cases, which include the California Chamber of Commerce and the Pacific Legal Foundation, along with a coalition of manufacturers and other businesses, will get a hearing tomorrow in Sacramento Superior Court.

California demoncrats and I include Arnold the Schwartz along with the Air Resources Board are anti business and anti jobs. They are only interested in stealing as much as possible to fund their “programs”. The proceeds will never make it to where they were promised, they will be siphoned off to the general fund so as to make it look like the deficit has been reduced. More bullshit from Moonbeam and his ilk.
