The judge overseeing the case of three teens charged in the shooting death of an Australian baseball player has issued a gag order.
Stephens County Special Judge Jerry Herberger issued an Order Prohibiting Extrajudicial Statements on Tuesday at the request of District Attorney Jason Hicks.
The order applies to all parties involved in the case, including attorneys and law enforcement, and prohibits them from talking to the news media.

Radio show yesterday was reading off the Tweets made by mostly the shooter BEFORE the shooting.
Zero doubt this falls into the “hate crime” category, even though IMHO that’s a bunch of BS!
Gag order or not, the evidence is out there on the cloud, for all to see!
Since we the public are not part of the case, we could quote the little racist social media posts on giant billboards and signs around Duncan.
The judge is limited in who he is allowed to try to gag.
Do we commoners have a right to know anything the lord high government does?
And who precisely is out there demanding the impeachment of this here “judge”?

Who? (We get the judiciary we DESERVE.)
Clearly some new evidence of Black racism was found and must be censored.
