On the 50th anniversary of the March on Washington, Deval Patrick, the state’s first African-American governor, said immense progress has been made, but invoked voter identification laws in the South and the Trayvon Martin controversy to argue there is work yet to be done.

They say that Coupe Deval is a possibility for the Rat nomination in ‘16.Wouldn’t it be a hoot if the Former Twelfth Lady was trumped *again*,this time by a guy who’s *entirely* black! And a couple of things for those unfamiliar with him in case he’s a candidate.First,he claims to have once been hit on the head with an empty soda can and that *that* qualifies him as a victim of racism.Second,whenever he’s presented with evidence of lawlessness on the part of welfare parasites (examples of which appear daily in the Boston Herald...but not the *Globe*),he describes those stories as “anecdotes”.
