They didn’t join to be al-Qaeda’s navy and air force, but remaining on active duty after Monkey With A Grenade (MWAG) took power laid them open for all kinds of new, “interesting” uses. Not only are they the firepower for al-Qaeda, but a social laboratory for enforced acceptance of lurid sexual lifestyles.

We are living in those “interesting times” mentioned in that old Chinese curse.

We need the the big brass Generals to stand up to the CIC and smack him around not the boots.

O.. That is right. The boy King has replaced all of the brass with his lil gay tin plated thumb suckers that “give permission” now and not orders anymore.

No our military is not what it was even pre-Iraq and Stan. Heck we have Marines stocking depots in Georgia for the UN. Queers getting married and accepted in every branch. Now we are going to be the Navy and Air Force for AQ.

Great transformation in the last 5 years... Time for REchange (is that a word)

They’re not indicating a refusal to obey orders. They’re expressing disgust at the policies of those who want to use them to illegally attack Syria.

The oath of enlistment also says they will support and defend the Constitution. “Following orders” can often be a thin line between legal and illegal prosecution of war. Ask those who participated in the My Lai massacre about that one.

All that said, these two should NOT be in uniform for those pics.. but that’s a separate issue.

Yes we are, but with Odumbo about to attempt to start WW 4, I wonder if we might be living in those "interesting times" mentioned in the Book of Revelation?

“If the order does come, we do not mutiny, we just do.”

What we have now is the equivalent of LBJ sending our troops to Viet Nam to fight for the Commies.
How would you fell about that order?
How would you respond to an order to disarm citizens?
Or to machine gun those who don”t comply?

Our military does not exist to protect the President, it exists to protect US from all enemies foreign and domestic.
Right now our worst enemy is domestic.

...I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic...

So when does our military start living up to their oath? Obey the orders of the president... that is from the new oath instilled in 1960. That is where the confusion began. Does an officer defend the constitution or obey the illegal actions of a president?

Before 1960, that wasn't even a question. Before 1960 it read "...that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter; So help me God."

I remember those days sir. I agree whole heartedly with these protesters, but they should do it in civilian clothes. I went to Vietnam myself. I hated every minute of it. Before I went, I didn't want to go. When I was there, I wanted to leave, and when I left Vietnam, I wished I hadn't been there in the first place, but there was a big difference between Vietnam and now. I don't believe we were there to fight for our enemies. When Odumbo said he was going to fundamentally transform America, I got a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. That feeling has never gone away. The times, they are a changin, and not for the better.

an oath is an oath first and foremost but we are in uncharted waters for sure with regard to the “all threats foreign and domestic” aspect.

It seems many people and even Obama for a while missed or ignored the Constitutional separation of who declares war and who is responsible for executing the war.

“If the order does come, we do not mutiny, we just do.”

Whereas I have great respect for the commitment to duty of which you speak, there are most definitely exceptions to the ‘we just do’ credo, even if this particular instance isn’t one of them. The most important duty of the military is to protect the people of the United States, our homeland, and our Constitutional governmental system with its guaranteed individual liberty. When asked to perform an act that is against the above, (like shooting at Americans), ‘we just do’ does not apply. Just commenting though. I know what you meant.

those active military that can’t or won’t serve the potus- should leave the military. get out

if they stay in because they “need the money” or are “careerists” then accept that you are paid mercenaries and follow the rules.

What kind of job will we get from people who do not have their hearts in their work?

This thing we have as President has divided every facet of American life. The most divisive pResident in history.

Our military will fight all right, as ordered.
But it’s great to be fighting for something you believe in.
How is Obama going to convince our men in uniform that fighting for Al Qaeda is right. Fighting to allow Muslims to kill Christians is right. Fighting when we have absolutely no dog in this fight. Fighting for a man who said before his election that when things got ugly he would be with the Muslims, and now is proving it.

Wouldn’t this pattern of ribbons on his uniform be very unique? Wouldn’t this identify him rather quickly?

I know little about this and would appreciate any comments from those that do.

I am very disappointed in the very highest military officers.

These officers ( the highest) **know** that Obama fails -verify, that he posted fake birth documents, is using another man's social security, and claimed on the jacket of his autobiography that he was born in Kenya. Yet, they have done nothing legally or peaceful about it. They have not approached congress or the courts in an effort to provide certifiable and court acceptable evidence that Obama is eligible to be Commander in Chief of the men and women serving under them.

Our brave and honor troops deserve better and so do their families.

Like every cop knows, there’s what you know and there’s what you can prove. America has sailed off the edge of the map.

one of my first thoughts. hopefully, it’s not enough to find him, because the progressives want to get rid of all military personnel that are not aligned with the party

once this idiot is gone, the command staff that is in place needs to be reviewed

If these are active duty personnel, they should not be doing this. Patriotic veterans, however, have every responsibility to speak out for those active duty ones that cannot. To send our armed forces on a mission to effectively abet al Qaeda, to strengthen those forces bent on wiping out Syrian Christendom, is sickening. And it hurts our national security.

“I understand what you are saying, but these are unique times and I agree with these protests.”

I agree and disagree with you both in that if I were in these soldiers places I’d either shut up and follow orders or tell obozo to go feck himself sans disguise.

That video does not show the use of a chemical weapon, but a high explosive.
