“The Sunday Morning Bray”, by Bray!

“Or suppose a king is about to go to war against another king. Will he not first sit down and consider whether he is able with ten thousand men to oppose the one coming against him with twenty thousand? Luke 14:31

Chicken-Hawks like Obomber and Carter would be cute when they were saber rattling if they were not so dangerous. They are like the biggest wimp on the playground going up and throwing a limp wristed punch at the playground bully. You just know it isn’t going to end well for the geek. After lecturing Bush for ten years about how the WMD intelligence was fake and Hussain wasn’t a bad guy for gassing his people, we are now going to bomb some empty buildings for the same thing? The problem with agenda driven communists is they have zero moral foundation so every morning is a new day and a new set of standards. We are seeing someone who has no recollection to what he said to get elected or how veniment he has been to the CIA or Military Intelligence, so he is going to use them to further his agenda.

Here is a wimp who has spent his entire life hating the American military and now he wants to use them for a campaign promotion to make him look manly. He claimed he would fight wars smarter, whatever that means and now he is being dragged deeper into the world viper den over something he stupidly said. America has no vested interest other than oil in that region and the best thing we can do is hold their coats while they fight it out. After the left’s love affair with Hussain and his use of chemical weapons why should we care if Assad used them on his people? Everyone knows Obozo the clown would use them on the Tea Party if he had half a chance, so he should empathize rather than going to war.

Of course now he wants us to believe the intelligence that there was a chemical attack and Assad ordered it. Everyone knows his buddies in the Brotherhood are capable of setting off a chemical IED and likely have access to some from Benghazi. We also know he will leave his people to die in Benghazi and will then lie to the American people about why they died. We know he will tell the United Nations we had an Ambassador killed by a video protest rather than the truth of what happened. We know he will order our troops to Stand Down rather than save an Ambassador and some ex-Navy Seals to be brutalized in the most savage way to protect his own hide. Why would we ever go into Syria with that kind of leader?

During the Kerry/Bush debates, Kerry lectured Bush on going it alone incessantly until GW turned the tables and told him to tell that to Blair and the rest of the thirty some allies. Now the British have wisely turned down Obomber’s invitation to be part of a coalition. Now everyone expects the French to turn down an offer, but if the British are not part of the willing then the intelligence must not be all that strong. They are waiting for the UN inspectors to confirm the attack happened and if Assad was who ordered it. The UN inspectors are never going to figure out who ordered the attack so the British have found a way to tell Kerry and Obama to piss up a rope. It looks like they finally told him what he can do with the Churchill bust. The truly delicious part of this, “go it alone” action is Kerry now has his own Gulf of Tonkin. Is it true or was it faked?

So after bashing Bush and our military 24/7/365 for the past ten years they are now going to try to convince us, going to war is a good thing. After using the war to divide our country and take over our leadership this Rodeo Clown wants us to follow him into another Bosnia to help Al Queda? We have no business in that region and if anything the Iraq war should have taught us it is not a people who can accept democracy like ours. It needs harsh dictators who will control the Islamic radicals with harsh measures. We should simply be there to deal with whoever comes out of this civil war which will most likely be Assad.

The real reason we are getting into this conflict is his insistence we stay dependant on ME oil. If there is a war which needs winning it is the war on self sustainability. He is the Al Queda in that war as he is closing down our coal and oil exploration and development like a dictator at a peace rally. Rather than sending cruise missiles into Syria he needs to be sending oil into Houston. Rather than massing his ships for a military Shock and Awe, how about letting our power plants off his Global Warming Shock and Awe and let the American people have some lower heating costs. This is what the American people want rather than another fruitless military action to only make the Syrians and Islamic terrorists hate us more. Let’s really get smart and divest ourselves from that region of the world rather than stupidly jumping to conclusions.

Whether this is a wag the dog operation or a saving face potential disaster, there is nothing to be gained for America. If the UN wants to punish the person who ordered this attack it really has nothing to do with us. Obozo the Rodeo Clown has caused enough damage to the ME and it is time for us to let them work out their civil wars. Chemical weapons being used on your own people is an awful event, but this is not our war and we are not the world’s mommy so condemn it and move on. In the end it has nothing to do with Syria and everything to do with trusting Obama. After Benghazi and his incessant attacks on America he has proved beyond a shadow of a doubt he is not to be trusted. His Arab Spring has taken root so he now we see the outcomes in Egypt, Libya and Syria. As they say President O-wimp, you broke it and now you own it.

Pray for America to Wake Up

Note: The above opinion is not necessarily my own, but FReeper Bray’s. If you wish to discuss this, please ping Bray.

Complete insanity (what’s new?) likely to reign on the talk shows.

The reason?

The admin will argue in FAVOR of military action in Syria having just passed up on the chance to take military action in Syria.

Does anyone think Kerry will actually show up on Fox this morning. AI believe he will quietly sulk away after being so soundly slapped down after his Friday speech.

He’ll start out by asking Chris Wallace:

“Where can I get me one of them war-ing licenses?”

That way all the rednecks watching will warm up to him....

bray, while I almost ALWAYS agree with you I’ll part company with you on this one.

The Muslims are hell-bent on the ruination of Israel and the West and all of modernity. Thus we have a VERY VESTED interest in ALL of their acts and utterances of barbarism—especially the use of WMD.

This Rand Paul “no US interest” argument was equally true as regards Afghanistan and western Asia ten seconds before Flight #10 hit the tower.

“having just passed up on the chance to take military action in Syria.”

This is just a ploy to divide the republicans in congress. Obama probably got a call from Axelrod friday evening. He’ll still go ahead with the attack.

Not sure whether McCain-Graham or Chris Wallace-Charles Krauthhammer were the most disappointed with Obama's 'I can bomb tomorrow or next week or next month but I have decided to wait and ask Congress for approval'.

Just before Obama's speech, Wallace just knew bombers were in the air and headed toward Damascus, and he seemed elated. Following the speech, Wallace was deflated.

[So much for objective journalism.]

Fall guys.

If he gets Congressional approval, and if resulting actions in Syria turn into a boondoggle, he will have someone to blame — the Republicans in Congress.

If he acts unilaterally, he only has Team Obama — SoS Kerry and SDEF Hagel — and the Joint Chiefs to blame.

It occurs to me that Obama felt it was okay to telegraph his intentions to hit certain targets because he probably thinks that the Syrian government is like the US government, and by the time the Syrians filled out all of the forms for the EPA and ensured that minority contractors got their cut of the moving contracts, it would be about 15 years before they could get the WMD stuff out of the facilities that we have already targeted and told them that we have targeted.

Here's a could of paragraphs from Brays new book which is a fascinating read even if you have to do it a page at at a time as I am doing. Who knows Texas may one day by the savior of the nation. Hopefully, bray can explain it a little bit better than I am.
The gist is Texas remains the only capitalistic power that feeds the US with power and the US is caving to idiotic environmental regs issued by the NWO/UN that threaten everyone’s survival.

“Sam Satterwhite has been with Moses Power for ten years when
they purchased Texas General Power which he was the CEO. He had
moved up through the ranks of Texas Power as an innovator in the
electrical power generation industry. His ability to position
his companies in the most efficient and cost effective mode of
power generation has made him legendary in the industry although
a bit of a pariah among the governments who wanted to use power
as a tool against their people he stayed with the most reliable. He shunned all of the fad electrical plans like solar and wind
in their early stages preferring to stay with coal and gas. When
gas was being found and developed in expanding quantities he was
building NatGas electrical plants next to the refineries using
their byproducts as his primary fuel. This made Moses Power and
himself legendary in the power generation industry.”

Needless to say this is a terrific book and a great read for anyone with a love of country or conservatism.

Just too good!

Had to be repeated.Bray has the regime's number and it remains ZERO. Additionally, its possible that Syria is little more than a diversion to help complete as bray states the mission of the regime which is the decline, downfall and disruption of the US.

As long as Syria is in the news big time will anyone care about Benghazi, the IRS screwing the tea Party,,nsa spying one everything that makes a sound or prints a sentence or a myriad of other scandals which are all now on the backburner of the media?

Looks like david axelrod has scored once again.

If everything the regime does is political and the regime is worried sh!tless about 2014 than Syria has become the perfect diversion!

Oh yeah and bray is absolutely correct about who is gassing whom as well.

Not sure Texas can retain that. They are being inundated by border jumpers and Leftists. The Leftists ruined Colorado, then New Mexico, and are flooding into Texas. Many speculate Texas is rapidly turning purple and, in the not too distant future, blue.

Can’t happen? Look at what they did to California. California used to have the 8th strongest economy in the world. I am not sure of their current economic standing, but California has severe economic problems.

People in some areas of Colorado [and possibly adjoining areas of NB and WY] are wanting to break from Colorado and create another state.

That could be happening in Texas in a decade or so. The Texas state Constitution allows for Texas to be separated in up to 5 individual states, if the political mood and population permit.

Libs are like fire ants. Once they move it, it is next to impossible to get rid of them.

Good catch!,p> Allowing congress to make zeros decisions, where no move is a good one, gets the monkey/problem off zero's back. Actually, making a decision is never in zeros "yob" description.

Remember its all political. If the bent axel can get a Congress full of pompass a-holls with a 9% like ability rating to make zeros decision for him its fire a few bombs Assads' way and then on to the debt ceiling and then amnesty.

All of the scandals of the summer forgotten. Exactly what they are after. Using us once more to solve their political problems and we always oblige.

A video is going around (BBC, and other media) showing the result of a supposed napalm attack on a school in Syria.

We know from previous ME incidents, attacks, wars, etc., that they typically embellish and photoshop — because they know the liberal Western media will eat it up.

Two related FR threads:

SOS Kerry appears (Botox’d to look like a 15 y.o.)
to push Obama’s plans.
“We have learned hair and blood samples
... from first responders ...
have tested positive for sarin.”
[no mention made that al Qaeda now has sarin
... and a history of using it].

Kerry: “We do not lose anything (by not responding).
Wallace explains that he and FOX “News” want
Syria bombed NOW and that a nine day wait is too long.

Wallace is VERY concerned about protecting al Qaeda.
Kerry makes clear, and reminds Wallace,
that the Tyrant has sole decision.
Wallace points out that the undocumented Tyrant
changed course, but Kerry disagrees
and claims this is a “courageous decision”
and purports that this was the plan all along
(although any sentient knows this is nonsense).
