Congress has become little more than a rubber stamp for the Marxist dictator.

Kerry is delusional.

I hope Congress votes no because we have no business being there. It's immoral to our military. I think the rebels launched this attack and there has no proof that says who did it. This will not be a short little hit and run. It will certainly turn into a ground invasion.

He needs to explain exactly how this is a problem for Americans, not anyone else - but America here at home in the USA. That's why I believe Kerry/Obama wants to go to congress. So the US can have a license to go the whole 9, not just missile strikes. The entire world is tired of this crap. We have enough problems at home.

Kerry, also sent a warning to Assad, saying that if he were “foolish enough” to harm his people again, then US President Barack Obama might take military action without waiting for Congress.

And the Repubs are already on the hot seat because they castigate him for "deciding to go to Congress now". He broke it; he owns it. Let it be part of his "legacy".
