John Kerry: US has proof that sarin gas used in Syria
Daily Telegraph ^ | 1 September, 2013 | Harriet Alexander, and agencies

John Kerry, the American secretary of state, has said that the United States now has evidence of sarin gas use in Syria and said "the case gets stronger by the day" for a military attack.

President Bashar al-Assad, he said, "has now joined the list of Adolf Hitler and Saddam Hussein" in deploying chemical weapons against his population.

A day after President Barack Obama stepped back from his threat to launch an attack, Mr Kerry said in a series of interviews on the Sunday news shows that the administration had learnt of the sarin use within the past 24 hours through samples of hair and blood. The samples were provided to Washington by activists in Damascus, independently of the UN investigation.

Mr Kerry also said he was confident that Congress will give Mr Obama its backing for an attack against Syria, but he also said the president has authority to act on his own if Congress doesn't give its approval. While Mr Kerry stopped short of saying Mr Obama was committed to such a course even if politicians refuse to authorise force, he did tell ABC's This Week that "we are not going to lose this vote."

Congress is scheduled to return from a summer break on Sept. 9.

they are not proposing to “bomb the tar” out of Syria
Just to make a token attack that is not too big not too small, only a few days long, no boots in the ground to secure the sites and actually disarm the WMD sites

Just enough to make obama look tough

Yeah, that’ll deter “them”

Whoever “they” are

But hey, we gotta DOOOO something
Anything

whatta crock

He’s referring to the gas chambers.

The only decent thing about Hitler was he never used the chemical weapon option on the battlefield or strategically, even though he had the perfect delivery system in the V1 and v2 rocket.

KERRY”S RATIONALIZATION FOR THINKING WHY ASSAD WOULD USE POISON GAS ON CIVILIANS:

So the USA woild send 200 cruise missles in to destroy his army and air force, blow his home and family into atoms and help the rebels win the revolution

What! But Kerry was against the Iraq war.

But WWII is seared into his memory though Moltk'e comment is pertinent. (Interesting pen-name btw considering the use of chemical wf during WWI.)

(BTW isn't it funny that Castro is never mentioned when libs talk about CW? See my post here.)

Yes, the probability of a false flag operation is pretty high, though every piece of information coming from Syria must be viewed very critically

Where could they possibly get such an outlandish idea?

John Kerry is to the Syrian conflict as Susan Rice was to the Benghazi terrorist killings.

An ignorant but willing front man.

He has all the evidence in his special briefcase, next to the special hat from his imaginary friend who he sailed up the river like Martin Sheen as ordered by Nixon a year before he was elected.

Has he ever been anything else?

Did Assad use gas in a “Mahnnah reminiscent of Jen-jis Khaan”?

Kerry probably thinks so, but reality may be different as I pointed out in post #54.

There have been comments asking how he could have possible lift his leg that far up comfortably...the answer is there is nothing in the crotch area to make it uncomfortable.

Isn’t it amazing that all the things the RATs wrongly accused GWB of doing, they are doing now in spades? Cowboy, world’s policeman, acting alone ... the list goes on.

It's not amazing when you realize that the puppet masters control both men. Going to war is a requirement of a "made" man.

Kerry also had proof that Americans cut off ears and wired up testicles in Vietnam. He did serve in Vietnam you know. And went on a secret CIA Christmas mission into Cambodia for president Nixon (before he was even inaugurated). It’s seared into his memory.

"You know me as the Secretary of State but back in the 'nam I was 'Captain Fury!'
It was cold, it was wet, it was Christmas Eve 1968 and it was Cambodia....
Danger was everywhere and the sweet odor of death lingered in the air.
Were those Sarin cannisters I spotted in the ruins of that Buddhist Temple?
It was time for Captain Fury to bravely lead his men to safety once again...."
