Just a reminder. This is a voter rebellion. The tea party rebellion. We are rebelling against business as usual in DC and against both major parties. The democrats have gone full-bore Marxist. The Republican GOP-e has gone full-bore statist. Very little difference liberty-wise, they're both anti-liberty. Neither party defends the constitution or our God-given liberty. They are ignoring the constitution and granting themselves dictatorial powers in the central government. We the people are basically at war against the ruling class. It's the tea party rebellion.
Reagan said that freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. Well, we are now that last generation. We must fight like never before for our freedom because the younger generations have mostly been brainwashed in government schools to believe in some other way of life than the one Reagan lived and that we lived, love and cherish. And the statist/socialist politicians of both parties are more than willing to exploit them (the children) to satisfy their own selfish, corrupt lust for power and greed.
And now we are possibly only one or two elections away from a real rebellion. If the socialist/communist/fascist/Marxist statists win in 2014 and 2016, America as we once knew and loved it is possibly gone for good.
I'm getting old and not so well off health-wise and may not be of much use in a real shooting rebellion, but I'm in my prime in this current tea party rebellion.
I've been giving plenty of advance notice. This website is here to defend liberty and our American heritage. I fell in love with the idea of the tea party rebellion on the day it was born and I'm in all the way. As far as I'm concerned, it's now or never for liberty.
Sarah Palin and Ted Cruz are two of the strongest tea party leaders stepping forward to-date. If either one of these two patriots decides to run for the presidency, I'm sure he or she will be the strongest conservative running and this site will support him or her to the HILT. And I'm sure the vast majority of the grassroots patriot tea party movement will be right there with us.
Those who wish to torpedo their chances, thereby allowing the socialists and statists free reign to continue destroying our freedom, our liberty, our traditional American way of life, and our very right to survive as a free nation are certainly free to do so--somewhere else. Not on FR. We're not going to repeat the last two election cycles. McCain/Romney is the end of the GOP-e RINO train!! NO MORE!!

If you want to believe what the lame stream media say about her, refuse to listen to what she says because of it, then please keep your comments to yourself. EVERY SINGLE POST ABOUT HER, there are at least one, or more naysayers that pile on. Grow up and start paying more attention. Quit listening to Chris Matthews, Rachel Maddow, etc. and listen to Palin. Why would you believe THEM, anyway?

yes, it is very late, all the instruments of power oppose us, but a true conservative will fight on; on every level, in every venue, on any field of battle available. if that fails then we will continue to resist on our own front door step. so be it. His will be done.

I agree with all that and I am the first one who used to say we had to win in the ways we could to move a ball in the right direction. I am over that.
At this point we see the Republicans have mostly zero interest in being the opposition party, so we need to at the grass roots level start replacing everyone we could IN BOTH THE REPUBLICAN AND DEMOCRAT PARTY with Tea Party types.
Tea Party folks are simply family people who want an America where the government works for the people. A government where they live within their budget. A government stripped of all the unneeded extra high paid government employees that should actually be in the private sector.
I can’t STAND all the attacks Tea Party folks get from the left and the press. How is wanting balanced budgets and a small government racist or evil? But that is what is being dished out to many simpletons in our country who unfortunately also vote.

Personally, I think a Palin/Cruz or a Cruz/Palin ticket would win.
I also think Obama and his MSM allies would make sure our cities explode into flames at the same time. If so, it would be a price worth paying.
Unfortunately, I am not sure the country will survive until then. We may already be past the point of no return financially, the moral fiber of the nation has vanished, and the world situation is falling apart as well.

 There are those who consider themselves a ruling class while they stand there protected and boldly lie to us although not face to face, man to man. They even go so far as to assign so called free speech zones. The cowards hide behind their tax payer supplied protection, personal exemption from laws and their staffs in order to not face the very constituents that gave them their positions. Those same statist, Democrats and RINOS hide from the American People and hold no town halls in fear of any kind of repeat of any town halls and other displays of the American People’s displeasure that was hidden very well by the progressive, statist, Democrat, RINO and complicit establishment media. They all must be defeated. We must continue to expose the long running propaganda of the progressive agenda and the indoctrination of free people into accepting that agenda. That is where competition comes into the picture for me. We must continue to boldly declare proven truths. Progressivism, Socialism, Communism, Marxism, Facism have all been been tried before and all have been miserable failures that caused immeasurable pain and poverty on the people that have lived under those systems in the 20th and 21st Centuries. Free markets, free thoughts and the freedom of people to create and be productive have eased more misery and created more wealth for more people than any other system that the world has ever seen. It will continue to do so if left unmolested by greedy governments always looking for more power and more money from those entrepreneurial efforts to cement their own power. |

In my view, Sarah Palin is by far the best candidate out there, with a proven record, solid beliefs, and plenty of successful experience as a leader.
Whether she can or will run, I don’t know.
In any case, it certainly won’t hurt if we continue to pray—or start praying if we aren’t already—that God will intervene on behalf of our country with His grace and enlightenment. Because things have gotten so bad, we really need His help getting back on course. No question that both parties and almost all the politicians in key positions are bound and determined to block any real reform.
Now or never, never is unacceptable to me.
