Here is the epiphany that I had over the weekend....

Obama is going to go into Syria for “limited” missions. Those missions? To take out the WMD that were shipped from Iraq to Syria. Can’t let the world know that Iraq actually DID have stockpiles of WMD....

Zero an MB! I'm shocked!Great catch bud.

Rush has got a great show today. He gets what zero is doing.

Syria has never been a about Syria but about a huge diversion from a dozen or so scandals that all threaten to impeach zeros ass if they ever get any traction.

He has to divert attention from now until the debt ceiling and then amnesty. With his luck the summer scandals will be just a memory. Don't worry our side will cooperate as we always do.We are too stupid to see the overall picture just react to the days events.

You’d think the chemicals can be traced like nuclear residue can.

It's already a fact. He'd have a hard time changing history this time, too much corroboration.

State department was not credibility with their video, Benghazi story, Libya and Egypt action would bring more freedom ... makes sense Rush is questioning their current Syria narrative

all seem interrelated

Problem, reaction, solution.

Create a problem, which you know will generate a reaction demanding a solution, and be prepared to offer the solution as soon as the demand appears.

You look like the winner.

False flags are more common than people think.

There was no reason for Assad to use chemical weapons. He was winning. He would know that he would bring the opprobrium of the world down on him, with a likely reaction to marshal military forces against him.

Penetta stated last fall that the rebels had chemical weapons.

Who supplied the weapons materials? Did countries from the West?

The US supports the rebels and they needed to do something to prop up the failing rebel effort.

They were stymied in providing arms because of Benghazi and the fiasco that happened there. As a result, the smugglers were told to lay low.

We did Assad ask the UN investigators to stay longer?

This is a set up just like the Chicago Mob would do it. It makes no sense, otherwise.

We also need to take our Assad because he would not approve a Mideast oil pipeline for the benefit of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States.

In all things, follow the money. There are primary reasons and secondary reasons.

Otherwise, why does anyone care who is in charge in Syria.

He might very well be.

I don’t quite buy the theory that the U.S. deliberately helped stage the attack (ultra-wacko conspiracy kook stuff), but the administration is either (a) so incompetent, they bought the Rebel story hook line and sinker, or (b) so corrupt they know the Rebel story is bunk but are running with it anyway.

As you recall, the very credible belief is that Bengazhi was part of a secret operation in which the administration was running guns to the Syria rebels before it all went awry.

So, why is no one asking them exactly when they started getting involved with the Syrian conflict in this way? They are acting as if these proposed strikes in Syria will mark the first involvement of the U.S. in the struggle, when evidently it is not.

If you have the eyes of the world upon you are you likely to use chem weaposn you have sat on for 20 yeras? Hell no! the only tie to assad at all when it comes to chem wheaon is his wacky borther who could have fired off some.Other that that its the Saudis paid henchmen in Syria or AQ which is all over the place. Sometimes logic should trumpsall else.

If Congress has hearings you can be sure Benghazi will not be on the table.

I’d think that they’d have a “signature”, too, like nukes. Maybe CW liquids don’t? Beyond my paygrade.

I know that herbicides and pesticides do leave “signatures” from the mfgr, ie Dow, Monsanto, Allied etc, but since there’s no explosion involved, tracing herbs/pests is relatively easy.

Did you read the comment about the close-shaved beards being signatures of the Assad Army and not AQ? Interesting...
