Given a state law prohibiting the use of the word, I can see problems. But since the 1st Amendment prohibits Congress from making federal laws regulating speech, what federal law was broken?
What’s to stop these socially promoted, uncivilized, violent, grifting negros from conspiring to call each other their homey names and share any legal payoff? Any settlement still comes from the tax payers.
Somebody said last week they want to go up to a group of campers gathered around a roaring bonfire and yell, “THEATER!!!”
Anyway if the word is so offensive, why not just spell it backwards, as in “reggin”?
The judge said PUMPERNICKEL and splib were acceptable but the N word was off limits. Also he said that includes those working on rap videos.

It doesn’t but then we are now a lawless nation anyway.
They destroy peoples lives for having said this years ago(Paula Dean) so they may as well treat people equally for saying it.

The N word is probably the best word to describe a certain percentage of the black community who behave in such an uncivilized manner as to basically self describe themselves as N@#$%^S.
As for what the percentage is, well what ever it was, it sure seems to be increasing.

I watched a sci-fi movie, was about a white-hole fragment hitting the Earth. I didn't know white holes existed, you don't hear much about them. Everyone has heard of black holes; they suck everything in around them and nothing much comes out of them. Speculation (2012) is that white holes create stuff, that the Big Bang itself was a white hole.
It was ruled as included in derogatory verbiage creating a hostile work environment by a supervisor directed at an employee.
The black supervisor tried to get that tossed out, and failed.
(The employee, also black, had previously asked him not to use that type of language, as she found it offensive).
Supervisory training 101.
Rant on, using whatever offensive words you wish, to your peers or bosses, if they allow it.
Never, ever put a subordinate employee in that position.
While I am against almost every instance of government-directed censorship ... if it’s deemed wrong for one group, it should be wrong for all.
