Kerry can’t answer Rand Paul’s questions. John McCain snickers at Paul while he questions Kerry. John McCain is a senile old man.
So John Kerry, who served in Vietnam IIRC, would not want to rule out the ability to, oh, send in some advisors for example?
Are they prepared for such a possible event?
I fear for my country. It is lead by buffoons.
watching CSPAN online LIVE
Such a slapdown of Carry by Sen Rand Paul this past 1/2 hour
GO RAND GO
at 5.30 to 6PM EST
And the terrorist that did all that were collecting tax paid food stamps and other tax paid prizes and gifts...To the tune of hundreds of thousands of tax dollars.
And who rolled out the red carpet and welcomed them into the U.S.?
All brought to you by the U.S. Government.
Carry keeps saying all the American people want Barry to attack Syria
He also said that if Congress says NO Barry is still going to attack because thats what the Constitution allows him to do...
Sen Paul said “Ive been all over Kentucky for the past month Ive been to 40 cities. Not one pertson has told me they want us to attack Syria”
Kerry: “Why can’t I just waffle?”
That is reasonable. Unfortunately, too many Presidents look at bombing of a foreign country as a drive-by shooting. There must be a high threshold for a war; but once that threshold is exceeded, the war must be powerful, decisive, and short.
The goal of war is simply to force the other state to accept the will of the victor. It's not to "teach a lesson." But if Obama bombs Syria now, acceptance of what will can we expect? That Assad shouldn't poison "his people?" (Lots of fighters are not Syrians anyway.) But, quite likely, Assad was not even guilty of this particular use of chemical weapons. The whole military action has no purpose - except that is a typical drive-by, to get the enemy scared and for themselves to feel all-powerful.
Can you believe these people? obama didn’t draw a red line. It was hummanity.
“I don’t want to say this could lead to ground warfare... but this could lead to ground warfare”
Think the U.S. can fight a two front war in the Middle East and Asia ? I’m sure the Chinese don’t.
I would be shocked if China didn’t move on the contested areas in the Pacific.
We are rapidly running out of countries for Obama to invade. Just how many countries in the middle east do we have troops in now??
Well, there is always war crime trials for the assholes that get us into this mess.
U know its fubar when MSNBC is against Obama!!!
But the U.S. Guv can’t find the time to put troops on the Mex border. Geez!
The enemies are inside the wires. Turn your weapon inward....
And they will lose it, too. Badly.
And here I was thinking we would all be speaking Mexican before we would be speaking Chinese.
That ugly democrat congresswoman from Florida with the frizzy hair said it was stated as a fact that there would be no boots on the ground. The way these people look into the camera and lie is pure evil.
- Saddle up Kerry, Obama, McCain, Graham
- You jump over Syria first
- Send us an email from Hell
Kerry has no say in the matter. This is between Congress, that Usurper in the White House, and the Secretary of Defense.
People in congress simply cannot think on their feet. Dempsey and Kerry and Hagel need to be asked “Are you saying our soldiers won’t be in Syria under the American flag? Are you also saying they won’t be in Syria under the UN flag?”
