Fine, take away their name tag and hire someone who wants a job.

They take the knowhow and the connections and leave most of the equipment which is leased anyway. There is already a skilled workforce in Guatemala and many Central Americans working legally for the yard now. Many of the Vietnamese who are the elite skilled welders will go with them. Some of the local derived foremen have vacationed down there and even have vacation homes there. They will have no problem pulling up stakes. Guatemala has designed its tax structure for such eventualities and there will be no EPA to arbitrarily charge them huge fines for cleaning out a channel this year which has been done every year for 40 years. They are a large local employer, even with all the Latinos who work there. They hire anyone who applies if he has rudimentary skills and is willing to work. The Latinos are because there are not enough willing locals.

Many will walk in and then “walk out” who have never worked at WM but are getting paid for the walking in and out. It is hoped that real employees will follow the noisy ones.

I’ll be sure to ‘remember’ something I need and make a special trip .. any union ‘representatives’ spotted may become recipients of some unsolicited self-fornicating suggestions.

But UFCW and other unions have kept at it hoping to build legitimate grassroots support.LOL...
My wife works at Wal-Mart....there is no support for union backed action...

Uhhhh - perhaps the pooblik skrewl pass through education, the debatable work ethic, lack of management skills and many more issues may be the reason factory workers don’t make good managers.
But, I am a known Rethuglican who just can’t seem to “understand” the goonion members true potential.

If your referring to the back Friday one, a couple WM stores in my area had some local UFCW people set up a small generator and giant inflatable rat. They got a couple dozen protesters, some wearing a WM uniform. I suspect they went on eBay and found them to give to the paid protesters.
