"...Blame Bush? Of course, President Obama has to lead; its his superpower now, his armies to move, his stage. But the prior president gave every world leader, every member of Congress a reason to keep the dogs of war on a leash. The isolationists in the Republican Party are a direct result of the Bush foreign policy. A war-weary public that can turn an eye from children being gassed or express doubt that it happened is another poisoned fruit of the Bush years. And for the nearly 200 members of both houses of Congress who voted on the Iraq war in 2002 and are still in office and facing a vote this month, Bush shadows them like Scrooges ghost..."

The propaganda push has begun: “It’s for the children”...
Liberals are insane.
It is almost funny to watch them tie themselves in knots, so as to not blame obama for obama, and force obama on GW Bush
Oh spare me.
Obama has to be president now no matter what excuse his sycophants can dream up.
He’s been in office five years, it’s time he took responsibility for being president.
If “Bush” keeps us from going to war against Syria, it’s a GOOD thing, as Martha would say ...
There’s some truth here. Irag was such a mess no one wants anything to do with the friggin Arabs.
I know there are some anti-Sarah people on the party line, but a President Palin would lead and take responsibility for her statements, decisions, and actions. And (see my tag) a 13 y/o President Sarah M. would do so as well.
I’m surprised some of them don’t blame it on George Washington.

Hey, lets worry about the American children killing and being killed in Chicago and other cities in America, FIRST. When he addresses that major American problem and fixes it I might be open to his gassbagging remarks about other countries children. Until then he is nothing but a community organizer trying to be president and FAILING on the American and world stage.
It’s always for the children except if they want to kill them in the womb. They don’t even mind killing them if they survive a botched abortion.
You mean kind of like Pearl Harbor was just a punishment of the US, for what Japan saw as imperialistic encroachment?
So they’ve stopped blaming Millard Fillmore?!?
IF the public is “war weary” fron “the Bush years” it is directly because of the Left creating that exact message/meme and promulagting it 24/7
Knowing that Saddam's chemical weapons stockpiles were moved to Syria, W would have entirely justified in *not* stopping at the Syria-Iraq border in 2003 in pursuit of them. We could have (and in hindsight probably should have) removed Assad in 2003, right after we finished with Saddam. This would have had the added benefit of denying the Iraqi 'insurgents' a safe haven to stage guerilla warfare against our forces.
But, alas, that train left the station 10 years ago.
War crimes on both sides of the war in Syria and this administration is aiding monsters.
They have blamed George Washington. All roads, for obama, leads to racism, and Washington owned slaves. Obama delegates blame....and never to himself.
Remember when hundreds of thousands of innocent Rwandan men women and children were killed with machetes in an ethnic genocide with the full knowledge of the KKKlinton administration and UN and NOTHING was done? Racism?
But we are supposed to get worked up when a bunch of crazy america hating jihadis get killed by gas instead the usual car bombs. Mark my words, this admin will import thousands of these Al Quaida members/wannabes into the country as refugees.
Oh, for the Sake of Pete
Also take into consideration, with the 200,000+ troops we had in Afghanistan and Iraq, taking out Iran was also within the realm of possibility.
The troops Obama needed to take care of Syria’s WMD were sent home.....by Obama.
I love irony.
