A 31-year-old African American who allegedly said he wanted to attack the next white person who walked by could be charged with hate crimes after punching three people in an apparent racially motivated attack.
One of his victims, 62-year-old Jeffrey Babbitt, has been left brain damaged after being punched to the ground in New York's Union Square on Wednesday afternoon, in a senseless attack that shocked onlookers.
Witnesses were shocked at the unexpected violence in Union Square on Wednesday afternoon, as Lashawn Marten punched Mr Babbitt and two other men after allegedly making racist comments.
'He said "the next white person who walks by I’m going to f***",' one woman said. 'His fist went in and the man’s head bobbed and he hit the ground and you could hear his skull hitting the ground.'
In a just world, the next white guy who walked by would have been Rocky Marciano or Billy Conn or somebody like that....
This guy should get the death penalty. But we need to hold the anti-white vermin responsible who propagandized this POS till he did this.
Expect instant intervention by Obama and Holder stating that the perp was incited by the victim’s outrageous comments and behavior.

Who can blame him? This former Babbitt fellow may have had ancestors who benefited from, or who knew of, slavery. And besides, who’s to say he voted for Obama? White people can be very sneaky.

The article says the victim is in a coma, brain dead, and likely to not survive... that is a little different than “brain damage”. The victim was the sole caregiver to his 92 year-old mother.
Better yet Bernie Goetz or George Zimmerman.
So what’s next? are we going to soon blame dogs for acting like dogs too??

When Marten was arraigned Thursday night, he mocked the judge and asked that his bail be set at one penny, sources said.
In response, the judge set bail at $1 million, sources said and records show.
Marten faces two felony assault charges, court records show. He has numerous previous arrests for assault, sources said.

This is all justifiable.
Anybody named Lashawn has a right to be angry at the world, especially the white world, as do guys named Trayvon, Dejuan, etc.
Unfortunately NY no longer has that, but for Murder 1 he can get life.
